High-Protein Rice Crispy Treats
Makes 6 bars · ~10 min prep + 30 min freeze · no baking

40g+ protein · ~20g fiber · 5 core ingredients · no oven required.
Crunchy, chocolatey, sweet — and packed with protein and fiber without tasting "healthy." Lives in the freezer for whenever you need a snack or dessert that actually moves the needle.
Ingredients
- 8 organic plain rice cakes (about 80–90g total)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 scoops Goddess Prebiotic
- ⅓ cup honey, maple syrup, or agave
- Splash of milk of choice
- ½ cup melted dark chocolate
- Optional: flaky sea salt on top
Method
1. Crush the rice cakes
Crush the rice cakes into small crispy pieces using your hands or a zip bag.
2. Mix the dry base
In a large bowl, mix together the crushed rice cakes, protein powder, and Goddess Prebiotic.

3. Add the sweet binder
Warm the honey, maple, or agave slightly so it mixes easier. Pour it into the bowl with a splash of milk and stir until everything becomes sticky and evenly coated.
4. Press into the pan
Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined loaf pan or small tray.
5. Freeze
Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
6. Top with chocolate
Melt the chocolate and spread it on top. Finish with a touch of flaky sea salt.

7. Slice
Freeze again for 10 minutes, then slice into 6 bars.

Approximate nutrition (whole tray)
- Protein: 40–45g
- Fiber: ~20g
- Naturally sweetened
- Freezer-friendly — keeps for ~2 weeks
Why the Prebiotic?
Two scoops of Goddess Prebiotic Blue Agave Inulin add roughly 18g of soluble fiber to the whole tray. Most people get less than half the fiber they need in a day — a single bar of this gets you about 3g of fiber on its own. Inulin is flavorless and dissolves cleanly into the sticky binder, so the bars stay crispy and sweet without any chalky aftertaste. The fiber feeds the bacteria in your gut and helps you stay full between meals.
