Ninja Creami Cake Batter Protein Ice Cream
Approximately 220 Calories | 30g+ Protein | 9g+ Fiber | No Blender Needed!
Who says ice cream can’t be part of your everyday wellness routine?
This incredibly creamy, delicious cake batter ice cream is packed with protein, fiber, and crunchy peanut butter Bamba puffs. And the best part? You can enjoy the ENTIRE pint for approximately 220 calories!
I’m sharing my exact recipe and all my Ninja Creami secrets to getting the creamiest texture without a blender, extra milk, or unnecessary steps!
Ingredients
- 1 Premier Protein Cake Batter Shake (30g protein)
- 1 scoop Goddess Prebiotic (9g fiber)
- ½ teaspoon guar gum
- 2 individual packets Splenda
- 1 small handful of Bamba peanut puffs (approximately 20 calories)
Instructions
Step 1: Shake, Shake, Shake!
Pour the Premier Protein Cake Batter Shake into your Ninja Creami pint.
Add the Goddess Prebiotic, guar gum, and Splenda.
Secure the lid tightly and SHAKE vigorously for at least ONE FULL MINUTE!
Shake upside down, sideways, and in every direction to make sure everything is completely dissolved and combined.
My tip: If you shake it properly, you don’t need a blender or hand blender! Why waste time blending and cleaning extra equipment when a good shake does the trick?
Step 2: Freeze Overnight
Place your Ninja Creami pint upright on a flat surface in the freezer for at least 12 hours, preferably overnight, until completely frozen.
Step 3: My Secret to the Creamiest Ice Cream!
This is where the magic happens!
Remove your pint from the freezer 15 minutes before processing.
Then run warm water over the outside of the container for ONE FULL MINUTE.
Set a timer! Don’t rush this step.
Keep rotating the container so the warm water reaches every side evenly. Avoid scalding-hot water, and follow your machine’s container care instructions.
This is one of my favorite tricks for achieving an incredibly creamy texture.
Step 4: The Perfect Ninja Creami Setting
Place the pint into your Ninja Creami and select LITE ICE CREAM.
Once the cycle finishes, check the texture.
If it’s perfectly creamy, you’re ready!
If it’s still crumbly, I prefer processing it again without automatically adding extra milk. Use the RE-SPIN function if recommended by your Ninja Creami model.
Step 5: Add the Crunch!
Once you’re happy with the creamy texture, create a small hole in the center of the ice cream.
Add your handful of Bamba peanut puffs, or any favorite mix-ins!
Select the MIX-IN function.
Step 6: ENJOY!
