These tahini bagels are a simple, nutritious, and delicious treat! Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or anytime you want a quick and healthy bite. 💚


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole sesame tahini (or your favorite flavor!)
  • 3 scoops of Goddess Prebiotic (9 teaspoons)
  • 2 tbsp Zen Basil Seeds or chia seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp silan syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, Everything But the Bagel spice (Trader Joe’s), or your favorite topping!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy with a beige color.
  3. Spray your bagel or donut mold with non-stick spray to prevent sticking. Pour the batter evenly into the molds.
  4. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings (optional).
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let them cool slightly, then enjoy your homemade tahini bagels! 🥯💛
