Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup PB2 powder
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder

Instructions

1. Preheat

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Mash

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

3. Mix

Add all remaining ingredients — peanut butter, PB2, protein powder, milk, prebiotic inulin, and cinnamon. Mix until fully combined into a thick dough.

4. Scoop

Scoop onto your parchment-lined tray. They won't spread much, so flatten each one slightly with the back of a spoon.

5. Top

Add your toppings — chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or UNREAL Snacks pieces.

6. Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden on the edges.

Tips

  • Want them firmer? Bake closer to 15–17 minutes.
  • Prefer no-bake? Refrigerate or freeze the dough and enjoy as-is — no oven needed.
  • Perfect for: breakfast, after school, or pre/post sports snacks.

Why You'll Love It

  • 🍌 Naturally sweet from bananas only — zero added sugar
  • High in protein and fiber
  • No eggs, no refined ingredients
  • Kid-approved (and mom-approved)

Why the Prebiotic?

Two scoops of Goddess Prebiotic Inulin add soluble fiber to every batch — the kind your gut bacteria actually feed on. It dissolves into the dough completely. No taste, no texture change. Your cookies get a gut-health upgrade that nobody will notice — except your microbiome.
