Article: My Under-200-Calorie Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream

My Under-200-Calorie Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream
30g protein · almost 10g fiber · under 200 calories · one entire pint
This has become one of my favorite things to make in my Ninja Creami, because it actually gives me the satisfaction of eating real ice cream — the texture, the creaminess, the flavor — and I get to eat the entire pint.
It can be dessert, a snack, or honestly even a quick meal when you want something easy with 30 grams of protein.
What You Need
- 1 bottle Premier Protein Vanilla Shake
- 1 teaspoon zero-sugar Jell-O Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 full scoop Goddess All Prebiotic
- Any toppings or mix-ins you love, optional
Make It
Step 1 — Pour
Pour the Premier Protein shake into your Ninja Creami container.
Step 2 — Mix
Add the cheesecake pudding mix and Goddess All Prebiotic and mix well.
Step 3 — Freeze
Freeze overnight.
The Trick That Changes the Texture
This part matters!
Take your Creami pint out of the freezer about 15 minutes before you want to eat it.
Then place the bottom of the container under hot running water for exactly 1 minute. I literally set a timer.
Put it into the Ninja Creami and select Light Ice Cream.
After the first spin, don't panic if the top looks dry or crumbly. That's normal.
Run it again on Light Ice Cream.
Check the texture. If it's creamy and perfect, you're done.
If it still needs a little help, use Re-Spin one more time.
Adding Mix-Ins?
After your Light Ice Cream cycles, make a small opening in the center, add whatever you want — chocolate chips, crushed cookies, fruit, nuts, cereal, whatever sounds good — and choose the Mix-In setting instead of Re-Spin.
That's it.
You have an entire pint of ridiculously creamy protein ice cream with 30 grams of protein, almost 10 grams of prebiotic fiber and under 200 calories before any additional toppings.
One Little Note
Is the zero-sugar cheesecake pudding mix the cleanest ingredient in my kitchen? No — and I'm completely okay saying that.
For me, this is about finding a realistic balance. It's a tiny amount, it makes the texture and flavor unreal, and this homemade version gives me control over exactly what goes into my pint instead of relying on another packaged frozen dessert.
The Goddess All Prebiotic is the simplest part of the recipe: one ingredient — 100% organic blue agave inulin.
And most importantly? This actually tastes like ice cream.
Not "healthy ice cream."
Ice cream. 🍦
