High protein & high fiber sweet latkes
Sweet high protein Protein & high fiber Levivot
Soft, sweet, and so satisfying—classic levivot vibes with a healthier twist: high-protein + high-fiber, and still totally kid-approved.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 scoops Goddess Prebiotic (18g fiber total; 9g per scoop)
- 1 tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffier levivot)
- Pinch of salt
- 3–4 Tbsp oil or fat of choice: avocado oil, coconut oil, butter, etc.
Optional toppings:
Greek yogurt, berries, honey/maple, powdered sugar, cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, egg, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients: Stir in vanilla protein powder, flour, prebiotic, baking powder (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix just until combined.
- Heat the pan: Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Best tip (less mess, less oil): Place a sheet of parchment paper on the pan, then add a little of your oil/butter.
The parchment helps the fat spread evenly so it lasts longer through the batch. - Cook: Scoop 1–2 Tbsp batter per levivah. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and set.
- Serve: Top and enjoy warm.
